Welcome
and thank you for visiting Digital-CAPS!
I try to stay busy but I'm never
too swamped to take on new projects,
short and long-term, so
have a look at my samples
and if you want to discuss a possible
collaboration, send me an EMAIL!

For
Arcana
Studio, I just
finished issue #2 from Kris
Carter's "Epoch"
mini series. I already lettered
"Yin
Yang"
by Bobby Nash for them earlier
this year, and it's supposed
to come out in early 2009. The
art in each is terrific and
every page of both offered me
something new to explore. You
won't be wasting money if you
buy either of these!
-
"Elemental
Fources"
is a 6-issue mini series just
released from New Baby
Productions and creator
Eric Mullarky. He has already
sent me copies of the first
2 issues, and it's an impressive
tale about a group of heroes
whose powers each represent
an element of the Earth. Click
the link and see what I mean
about impressive. Artists John
Becaro and Ernest Jocson have
done wonderful work!
-
Other
current projects include Ape
Entertainment's upcoming sci-fi
book, "Return
to Point Pleasant,"
which deals with past and future
Mothman sightings and the time
traveling men in black who attempt
to learn the truth behind the
phenomena...
-
"Captain Hazzard
and the Python Men of the
Lost City" is
a work in progress, but it
is shaping up to be a great
graphic novel from the already
great pulp writer and my friend,
Ron
Fortier,
with whom I also have another
story soon-to-be released:
"Satin's
Ways: A Perfect Murder,"
an 8-pager we did with artists
Gonzolo Martinez and Terry
Staats, will appear in James
Burns' "Real
Magicalism,"
an 80-page anthology that
debuts later this month at
Dragon-Con in Atlanta, GA.

"Dusk"
is a supernatural thriller
slated for release sometime
this year by Ambrosia
Publishing
and writer David Doub. The
story centers around Eve,
a woman trying to escape her
past by wallowing in the unseemly
underbelly of vampire society.

Things...

Joel
Youngblood, my best
bud from Burleson, Texas,
who passed away in Nov. 2004
and is still eXcruciaTingly
missed to this day (BLooD
BroTherS on
all days forward--),
was a painter, a lover of
ALL things
ART
and a musician with his own
special groove that could
knock you to the ground...
if not through
it. Before
he died, Joel produced a few
techno MP3s,
a couple of which I am certain
were inspired by my own two
heroines, Haley
& Cintara...
he was fond of both, but moreso
of "Robot Cindy"
:-)
I
offer them up to YOU
in Joel's Honor...
and they make GREAT
comic-reading music. Try it!
Clicking it will likely play
the MP3 in your browser, so
be sure to right click each
and choose "SAVE

This
MP3, a groovy blend
of timelines I call TIMEFRAME,
was composed several years ago
by penciler Sousherpa per my
request when I was still making
screensavers and this was to
be one for my comic, LANDER.
Clicking it will likely play
the MP3 in your browser, so
be sure to right click and choose
